The Analytics tab gives project and subscription owners visibility into usage trends and response quality.

What you can see

Usage

  • Query volume by day, week, month, quarter, or year
  • Usage breakdown by chat mode

Feedback

  • Thumbs up/down per answer
  • Optional user comments
  • Recent feedback list with query and answer context

Who can access

  • Project admins can view analytics for their project
  • Subscription owners can switch to organization-wide analytics

Where to find it

Go to Manage Data → Analytics in the main app.
